One company, one product, and a support inbox that reaches the people who can fix what you report.
Oberrank is a product of [COMPANY NAME], an independent company registered in Bangkok, Thailand. We are a small team and Oberrank is the product we work on. The support inbox reaches the people who write the code, not a ticket queue in between.
We work with customers across timezones, so support does not follow a single office day. A research run you cannot finish before you go to bed is a real cost, and we would rather answer the question when you have it than during our working hours.
SEO software has historically been priced and shaped for teams that buy seats. That model works when one person runs the tool for everyone else. It breaks when the person doing the work is an AI agent, because an agent cannot hold a seat, and it cannot click through a dashboard designed for a human reading it once a week.
We wanted the opposite arrangement. One product, one price, and the research reachable by the tool you already talk to. If the agent can ask a question and get an answer it can act on, the seat conversation stops mattering.
The roadmap is public, and the Discord is open to anyone. Most of what we build next comes from what people ask for in those two places, and when we disagree with a request we usually say why rather than quietly ignoring it.
If something is directional rather than exact, we label it that way. Estimated traffic and estimated keyword counts are the clearest examples: they are useful for comparing sites, and they are not measurements. Our competitor traffic estimates page explains where those numbers come from and where they break down. We would rather publish the limitation than let a rounded figure carry more weight than it should.
We will not add a tier that exists only to move a feature behind a higher number, and we will not price by the seat. Research is billed by what it actually costs to run, which is why the plan is a flat monthly number with usage credits rather than a per-user calculator.
We also will not build something half-finished and ask you to work around it. If a capability is not ready, it is not in the product yet.
Email anonymous@oberrank.com and a person will read it. That inbox handles product questions, billing questions, privacy requests, and the occasional bug report, and it is the same address listed in our Privacy Policy and Terms.
For quicker back-and-forth, the Discord is busier and faster. For setup problems, the docs and the support page cover the common cases before you need to ask.
